Job Requirements

  • must be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to work overnight shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • availability for full-time employment
  • willingness to undergo on-the-job training
  • physical ability to perform cleaning and baking tasks
  • commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workplace
  • bilingual preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior baking or food production experience preferred
  • ability to work overnight shifts
  • basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
  • bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • mixing and preparing dough
  • operating baking equipment
  • ensuring product quality and consistency
  • cleaning and maintaining production areas
  • adhering to safety and hygiene standards
  • sanitizing equipment and workspaces
