Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher-level education in human services or registered nurse
- at least one year experience working with ID/DD
- valid driver's license and liability insurance
- 21 years of age or older
- pass a background check, reference check, and drug screening
Job Qualifications

- at least one year experience working with ID/DD
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of federal and state regulations related to ICFs
- experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Job Duties
- Develop and implement Individual Program Plans (IPPs) ensuring active treatment and compliance with federal and state rules and regulations
- monthly and quarterly reviews of client status related to placement and programming
- compile and submit information to the PASSE in order to obtain Prior Authorizations (PAs)
- direct supervision of all ICF/ID staff
- serve as liaison between Bost, Inc. ICF department and various other entities
- other duties as assigned
