Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some HVAC experience preferred
- EPA certification preferred but not mandatory
- Must report daily to warehouse
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Non-driving role initially but driver’s license required for advancement
Job Qualifications
- Some level of HVAC experience in field or through school
- EPA Certification or willingness to obtain
- Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
- Willingness to work long or sporadic hours including weekends
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record for career advancement
Job Duties
- Assist Lead Installation Mechanics with adding or replacing HVAC systems
- Report daily to warehouse to meet with Lead Installer and load parts onto truck
- Participate in paid orientation and comprehensive training sessions
- Follow safety protocols during installation and maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Work in attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects regularly
- Follow flexible shift schedules with no overnight or on-call work
