Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality HR management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and ordinances
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and employee relations
- Ability to manage workers' compensation and leave claims
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
- Commitment to professional development and certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

- Experience in hospitality HR management
- Knowledge of federal, state, and city employment ordinances
- Proven ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels
- Conflict resolution and coaching skills
- Experience with workers' compensation claims and leave administration
- Knowledge of benefits management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a strong service culture
- Experience in health and safety processes management
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or commitment to obtain certification
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations at Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection
- Manage curator relations, training, performance management, onboarding, and recruitment
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance in team member relations, safety, training, development, compensation, and benefits
- Investigate conflicts objectively and resolve issues through coaching and conflict resolution
- Manage workers' compensation claims and leave administration
- Partner with hotel and restaurant operations to provide HR support
- Plan and manage human resources programs and initiatives
- Support management with HR advice and counseling
- Update job knowledge through conferences and educational opportunities
- Drive special projects and evaluate outcomes
