Job Requirements
- Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
- Previous cook experience preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team, be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Maintains strong personal image

Job Duties
- Ability to grill and work around high heat and interact positively with each and every guest and exhibit genuine hospitality
- Meals are served with presentation in mind and hand delivered to each waiting guest
- The guest line around the grill is managed and flow is good
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety
- All dietary restrictions for our guests are executed well
- Toppings counter is stocked and pointed out to guests departing the grill
- Grill, adjacent area and counter tops are kept clean throughout the shift
- Speed ensures a fast-moving line and a positive guest experience
