Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
  • prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Job Qualifications

  • associate degree or higher preferred
  • previous office or clerical support experience preferred
  • prior human resources experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager
  • serve as the front desk contact for visitors, employees, and applicants
  • answer incoming calls and manage walk-in traffic
  • maintain employee files and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality
  • prepare onboarding documents and assist with new hire processes
  • process I-9 forms through E-Verify and assist with benefit enrollments
  • create and maintain employee ID badge access
  • assist with HR events such as trainings, meetings, benefits enrollment, and employee recognition activities
  • sort and distribute incoming mail
  • accept and distribute incoming packages
  • assist with other HR or administrative tasks as needed
