Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication and customer service skills
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
- prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

- associate degree or higher preferred
- previous office or clerical support experience preferred
- prior human resources experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager
- serve as the front desk contact for visitors, employees, and applicants
- answer incoming calls and manage walk-in traffic
- maintain employee files and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality
- prepare onboarding documents and assist with new hire processes
- process I-9 forms through E-Verify and assist with benefit enrollments
- create and maintain employee ID badge access
- assist with HR events such as trainings, meetings, benefits enrollment, and employee recognition activities
- sort and distribute incoming mail
- accept and distribute incoming packages
- assist with other HR or administrative tasks as needed
