Job Requirements

  • High school education or GED
  • one month to twelve months of similar or related experience
  • strong friendly voice and pleasant demeanor
  • good organizational skills

  • ability to work independently

  • physical ability to sit, stand, walk, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and determine their needs
  • direct visitors and callers to appropriate staff members
  • answer phone inquiries
  • ensure adherence to building security procedures
  • support administrative tasks such as document management, mailings, and report tracking
  • order office supplies
  • assist with departmental projects
  • maintain assigned records and files
  • provide input on process improvements
  • perform other job-related duties as assigned
