Job Requirements

demonstrate good customer service skills
complete tasks in a timely manner
perform daily duties with limited supervision
ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds, sometimes upstairs
interact with guests in a professional and helpful manner

Job Qualifications

experience in housekeeping and public area maintenance
ability to work independently and as part of a team
good customer service skills
ability to interact with guests professionally and helpfully
physical ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
prior experience in hospitality is preferred

Job Duties

cleaning common areas
front entrance
lobby
public restrooms
pool area
guest hallways
meeting rooms
set up/breakdown of event spaces
trash removal from interior/exterior
sweeping of the parking lot
watering of property flowers
window washing
assisting parking lot attendants, maintenance, housekeeping, and restaurant staff
guest luggage service
assistance with deliveries
bag ice and maintain stock in property freezers for retail
perform other duties as required by management
