- Control and maintenance of guest rooms
- Manage guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness in public areas
- Ensure cleanliness in back of house areas
- Use "HotSOS" software
- Report to the responsible shift leader
- Support other housekeeping areas when needed
- Maintain good working relationships with external service providers
- Conduct regular deep cleaning tasks
- Work in an environmentally conscious manner
