Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years housekeeping experience preferably in hotel
- at least 1 year supervisory experience in hospitality
- excellent communication skills
- leadership ability
- problem-solving skills
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to move around hotel including stairs
- ability to bend, stoop, kneel
- skill using cleaning equipment
- stamina for long hours
- good health and physical strength
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
- 2+ years in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel setting
- 1+ year in a supervisory role in hospitality preferred
- excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- must be available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to deliver excellent guest service and cleanliness
- inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality standards
- manage housekeeping inventory and maintain adequate supplies and equipment
- respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
- collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
