Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years housekeeping experience preferably in hotel
  • at least 1 year supervisory experience in hospitality
  • excellent communication skills
  • leadership ability
  • problem-solving skills
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • ability to move around hotel including stairs
  • ability to bend, stoop, kneel
  • skill using cleaning equipment
  • stamina for long hours
  • good health and physical strength

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
  • 2+ years in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel setting
  • 1+ year in a supervisory role in hospitality preferred
  • excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • must be available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to deliver excellent guest service and cleanliness
  • inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality standards
  • manage housekeeping inventory and maintain adequate supplies and equipment
  • respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
  • collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
