Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stretch, twist, and reach for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and noise levels
- Flexible to work extended hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of progressive hotel or related experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Proficient with standard housekeeping equipment and tools
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
Job Duties
- Lead, train, coach, inspect, and step in to assist with cleaning as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel
- Monitor supplies and control expenses to meet department goals
- Create and manage team schedules based on business levels and guest needs
- Promote safe work practices and ensure OSHA compliance
- Report maintenance and safety concerns promptly
