Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to handle lost-and-found and key control with responsibility
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision including inspections, reports, and productivity checks
- Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication, hands-on training, and motivation
- Manage lost-and-found items, maintain key control, and safeguard access to sensitive areas while ensuring safety
- Ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are met and exceeded across all facilities and equipment
- Step in during Housekeeping Manager absences to maintain seamless operations
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and enhance overall satisfaction
