Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to handle lost-and-found and key control with responsibility
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • College coursework in a related field is a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to train and motivate team members

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision including inspections, reports, and productivity checks
  • Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication, hands-on training, and motivation
  • Manage lost-and-found items, maintain key control, and safeguard access to sensitive areas while ensuring safety
  • Ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are met and exceeded across all facilities and equipment
  • Step in during Housekeeping Manager absences to maintain seamless operations
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and enhance overall satisfaction
