Job Duties
- Clean and maintain assigned hotel areas including offices, banquet, meeting and conference rooms, public areas, and restrooms
- promptly address guests' concerns and requests
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, mop, sweep, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and clean and wax floors
- dispose of garbage and ashtrays
- warmly greet guests
- identify and address safety hazards immediately
- label stockroom items with identification tags
- accomplish comprehensive cleaning tasks
- assist in guest room hygiene when required
