- Ability to manage housekeeping and laundry teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with branded hotel or upscale property is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
- Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
- Ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
- Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling
