Job Duties

  • Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department
  • Plan, organize, and direct team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction
  • Supervise all housekeeping employees, including hiring new employees, discharging employees when necessary, and taking disciplinary actions when policies are not followed
  • Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards within the Housekeeping department
  • Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget
