Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a similar role in a hospitality setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, managing multiple tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items
- Proficiency with housekeeping management software and tools

Job Duties
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet the resort's cleanliness and presentation standards
- Conduct detailed inspections of rooms after cleaning, checking for any missed areas or items that need attention
- Provide feedback and guidance to housekeeping staff to improve cleaning practices and standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department for prompt resolution
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and follow-up actions
- Assist with training new housekeeping staff, emphasizing quality and attention to detail
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Support housekeeping staff with room turnovers during peak periods if needed
- Participate in housekeeping meetings and training sessions to stay updated on cleaning techniques and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Director of Housekeeping
