- high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- preferred three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position
- ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping duties
- strong attention to detail
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

- respond to resident requests and assist with maintaining common areas
- ensure all cleaning supplies are used according to safety guidelines
