Job Duties
- consistently clean and upkeep designated sections of the hotel and handle guest inquiries to attain top-notch guest satisfaction and boost financial performance
- clean designated areas like meeting rooms, public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms while meeting the highest standards
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, shampoo carpets, clean windows, polish floors, and handle waste disposal and ashtray cleaning
- greet everyone with a smile showing genuine hospitality
- inform maintenance personnel or building management of any necessary repairs or preventative maintenance tasks required in a timely manner
- keep a record of stock movement and assist in identifying stock levels to be replenished
- carry out deep cleaning tasks and manage specific assignments
- responsibly carry out guest requests and aid in the sanitation of guest rooms as required
