Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Some related experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills with courteous and helpful demeanor
Ability to communicate with and respect the needs of the senior citizen population
Ability to stand sit walk climb stairs and use hands regularly
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Ability to operate various hand and power tools

Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain a courteous business-like manner when interacting with residents and employees

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Cleans resident apartment homes including dusting vacuuming sweeping scrubbing mopping waxing disinfecting washing windows
Empties trash waste and other disposable materials and transports to disposal area
Assists care staff with cleaning lobby restrooms hallways elevators stairwells and common spaces
Reports needed repairs to Executive Director and maintenance specialist
