Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in cleaning
Ability to manage and oversee housekeeping staff
Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience required
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety standards

Job Duties

Oversee and direct cleaning activities
Work schedules are prepared in advance
Work with management to handle guest complaints
Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, changing and arranging towels, restocking toiletries, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging rooms after guest checkouts
Report and return any guest belongings found in rooms
Work with a team of housekeepers and Executive Housekeeper each shift
Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of shifts
Participate in deep-cleaning as needed
Understand company policy on work shifts, guest possessions, and privacy issues
