Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain the cleanliness of assigned guest rooms
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks meet Hyatt's quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with guests regarding their needs and requests
  • Use appropriate cleaning materials and equipment safely
  • Lift, pull, and push moderate weights as required during cleaning tasks
  • Report any maintenance issues or lost items found in guest rooms
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve timely room turnover
