Job Requirements
- high school education or equivalent
- must be able to work full time
- flexibility to work every other weekend
- ability to work in varied weather conditions such as heat cold and rain
- ability to transfer between buildings as needed
- basic knowledge of sanitation and cleaning
- up to one month related experience or training

- experience working with older adults in a healthcare setting is desirable
- basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing practices
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks

Job Duties
- clean homes condominiums studio apartments health center rooms and common areas
- sanitize health center rooms after move-out or prior to move-in
- maintain dining areas cleaned and sanitized at least twice daily
- cleaning dusting sanitizing sweeping mopping and vacuuming daily of assigned work areas
- garbage removal including biohazards removal by contracted vendor from assigned areas
- perform cleaning duties as contracted by independent residents
- transfer between buildings and work outside in heat cold rain
