- ability to read and understand basic instructions
- willingness to work full time or part time on any shift
- able to move around the hospital for the majority of the shift
- commitment to working in a safe and alert manner as this is a safety-sensitive position
Job Qualifications
- must be able to read and understand basic instructions
- ability to interact warmly and professionally with patients, visitors, and coworkers
- previous experience in healthcare or hospitality is helpful
- high school diploma or GED preferred but not required as on-the-job training is provided
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of patient rooms
- clean diagnostic testing rooms thoroughly
- ensure waiting areas are tidy and welcoming
- sanitize staff and examination rooms following infection control protocols
- clean operating rooms adhering to hospital standards
- dispose of trash, recyclables, and medical waste properly
- interact warmly with patients, visitors, and coworkers
