Job Requirements
- minimum 1-year experience in cleaning, preferably residential
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- be able to work independently and in a team environment
- excellent communication and customer service skills

- capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
- able to climb stairs and ladders as needed
Job Duties
- clean apartments after move-outs and prepare them for new tenants
- clean the leasing office, clubhouse, amenities, and restrooms daily
- ensure timely turnover of vacant apartments as directed by management
- maintain inventory and care of cleaning supplies and equipment
- build and maintain courteous and professional relationships with residents and vendors
- operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies
- follow safety procedures as outlined in company materials
