Job Requirements

  • minimum 1-year experience in cleaning, preferably residential
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • excellent communication and customer service skills

  • capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
  • able to climb stairs and ladders as needed

Job Duties

  • clean apartments after move-outs and prepare them for new tenants
  • clean the leasing office, clubhouse, amenities, and restrooms daily
  • ensure timely turnover of vacant apartments as directed by management
  • maintain inventory and care of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • build and maintain courteous and professional relationships with residents and vendors
  • operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies
  • follow safety procedures as outlined in company materials
