Job Duties

  • clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
  • maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
  • clean, vacuum, dust and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens and lobbies
  • make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
  • maintain positive customer and associate relationships
  • respond appropriately to guest inquiries and handle guest issues to resolution
