Job Duties
- Demonstrates and promotes a commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests
- cleans assigned guest rooms adhering to company standards, policies and procedures
- ensures housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas are maintained to company standards
- stocks carts and cart rooms as necessary or directed by management
- reports maintenance issues directly to front desk or manager
- reports remaining guest property in check-out rooms to front desk or manager
- assists and provides reasonable accommodation in response to guest requests
- complies with all safety and security policies and procedures
- completes required and annual Extended Stay University training
- assists with cleaning other hotel areas such as breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells and common areas
- responsible for maintaining overall hotel cleanliness
- performs other duties as assigned by management
