Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry throughout a full shift
- able to lift up to 30 pounds and use housekeeping equipment safely
- willingness to complete required training and safety certifications upon hire

Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments and common areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
- dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces to ensure a healthy, pleasant environment
- manage laundry services by washing, drying, and folding linens and personal clothing
- restock housekeeping supplies and keep storage areas neat and organized
- help maintain a clean and safe environment to reduce health risks and improve quality of life
- follow resident schedules and preferences when performing services to promote comfort and satisfaction
- alert leadership to maintenance concerns or safety hazards noticed during rounds
- collaborate with care staff and other departments to meet resident needs
- assist during special events, seasonal deep cleans, or when a teammate needs help
- treat residents and coworkers with kindness, dignity, and respect at all times
