Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to perform cleaning duties effectively
- Experience working in a hospitality or team environment preferred
- Ability to establish positive relationships with residents and colleagues
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Commitment to company core values
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Experience working in a team environment ideally in hospitality
- Ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community
- Experience in housekeeping preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Job Duties
- Ensure the cleanliness of resident apartments, patios, decks and common areas
- Maintain resort-quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Provide excellent service to senior population residents
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Uphold company core values including respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
