Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- ability to follow detailed instructions and task lists
- willingness to interact with residents and guests professionally
- ability to pass pre-hire health assessment and drug screen
- legal eligibility to work in the united states

- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow instructions and maintain schedules

Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning routines and activities according to specific task lists
- ensure communities are safe, clean, comfortable and attractive for residents, families and team members
- follow cleaning schedules and maintain assigned areas to the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation
- interact with residents and guests
- comply with safety and sanitation standards
- support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- report maintenance issues as needed
