Job Requirements

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods up to 8 hours a day
ability to exert physical effort consistent with cleaning assigned rooms as per hotel standards
ability to grasp, bend, and stoop
push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 30 lbs
be able to work on weekends

Job Qualifications

Up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and follow through
ability to work with minimum supervision
ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

Job Duties

Clean a set number of rooms during each shift
remove dirty towels and replace them with clean ones
clean, dust, and sanitize all guest room areas according to procedure
make beds
vacuum carpets and clean marble and tile areas
remove room service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings
restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens
comply with Stonebridge work rules and standards of conduct
work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
perform other housekeeping duties as assigned
