Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
  • Able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Position may require background check and drug screening in accordance with legal requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good physical stamina
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Clean entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
  • Complete assigned rooms and tasks within scheduled shifts
  • Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
  • Report room status to Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
  • Fill Housekeeping cart/caddy with supplies and return it to designated area at end of shift
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • report maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents
  • Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs
  • Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests
  • Contribute to team goals
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures
