Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
- Able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Position may require background check and drug screening in accordance with legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- Complete assigned rooms and tasks within scheduled shifts
- Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- Report room status to Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- Fill Housekeeping cart/caddy with supplies and return it to designated area at end of shift
- Follow company policies and procedures
- report maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents
- Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs
- Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
