Job Requirements
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend regularly
- Ability to lift 25 - 35 pounds intermittently
- Completion of 2 years of high school education or equivalent
- Positive attitude

- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience helpful but not required
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to assist in identifying maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 Service Attitude
- Occasionally assist in laundry and cleaning public spaces when needed
