Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work part-time, 4 days a week including weekends
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and disinfecting methods
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Willingness to report maintenance issues
- Ability to follow safety procedures and facility guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Ability to follow established cleaning protocols
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Ensure facility cleaning procedures are followed including furniture cleaned and orderly, floors cleaned, cubicle curtains clean and in good condition, commonly touched areas disinfected, bathrooms cleaned and disinfected
- Check rooms for stains including walls, floors, ceiling tile, and toilet seats and clean as needed
- Replenish soaps, sanitizers, toilet paper and paper towels daily
- Perform high dusting over bed lights, A/C vents and exhaust vents in resident rooms and common areas as needed
- Report all damage found during cleaning procedures to supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned including laundry and floor maintenance
- Follow facility cleaning procedures regarding resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices
- Ensure chemicals and products are replenished and cleaning stations are neat at the end of each shift
