Job Duties
- perform a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain guest rooms cleanliness according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested
- assist in laundry and clean public spaces when needed
- provide courteous and friendly guest service responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive service attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for diverse team and guests
- report to the executive housekeeper or assistant general manager
