Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Adherence to safety and emergency procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping experience preferably in hospitality
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Exceed cleaning standards by performing routine guest room preps and cleanings
  • Meet minute per room labor standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas
  • Offer hotel amenities, products, and services to guests
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed
  • Communicate maintenance work orders to management
  • Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security
  • Perform other duties as assigned
