Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Adherence to safety and emergency procedures
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience preferably in hospitality
- Effective oral communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Exceed cleaning standards by performing routine guest room preps and cleanings
- Meet minute per room labor standards
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas
- Offer hotel amenities, products, and services to guests
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Communicate maintenance work orders to management
- Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security
- Perform other duties as assigned
