Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to stand, bend, and lift repeatedly during shifts
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- English communication proficiency

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments
- vacuuming, dusting, cleaning entryways, common areas, dining rooms, hallways, patios, and apartments
- clean and defrost refrigerators as needed
- check and clean heat system filters
- change bed linens and ensure adequate linen supplies
- turn mattresses with assistance
- empty waste baskets
- perform deep cleaning focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- launder all linens in provided laundry facilities
- follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- greet residents and guests when serving beverages and meals
- review menus and take resident orders courteously
- serve meals and desserts
- return carts to kitchen and assist with storage of perishables
- deliver trays to resident rooms as needed
- bus and clear dishes and reset tables after meals following proper sanitizing procedures
- vacuum carpets in dining areas
- complete side work such as refilling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemakers
- perform other duties as assigned
