Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Effective communication in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain up to four orders at one time
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change beds and linens, ensure adequate linen supplies, turn mattresses with assistance, and empty waste baskets in resident apartments
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on main entry area, carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying in provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests with a smile and serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
- Review menu, take resident orders, serve meals and desserts courteously and clearly
- Return cart to kitchen, assist with storing perishable items, and deliver trays to resident rooms if needed
- Bus and clear dishes from tables after meals and reset dining areas following sanitation guidelines
- Complete side work including filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffee maker
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
