Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in a hospitality, service or consumer-facing franchise preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying and resolving concerns
- Must be able to convey information clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled times unless directed otherwise
- Must clock in and out for breaks at designated times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events occurring at the hotel
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet every guest happily while cleaning, by name if possible
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform and maintain personal grooming per handbook
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to meet business needs
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and tools
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Assist with additional cleaning projects in storage, public areas, and laundry
- Maintain well-organized and clean front and back of house areas
