Job Requirements
- one year of housekeeping experience
- valid driver’s license may be required
- ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekends and holidays
- ability to pass background check
- completion of drug screening
- authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Job Qualifications

- one year of housekeeping experience
- ability to operate cleaning equipment and supplies safely
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
- effective communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
Job Duties
- maintain overall cleanliness of buildings including work areas, individual apartments, and common areas
- clean floors, fixtures, windows, and structures
- perform laundry duties
- stock inventory and supplies
- collect and dispose of trash
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- report maintenance issues to appropriate personnel
