Job Requirements

2-3 years of hospitality or food service experience
Ability to lead a team positively
Commitment to restaurant cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
Understanding of shift flow management
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness Certification obtained within 30 days of hire
Eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Proficiency in English for verbal communication

Job Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in hospitality or food service industry with documented success
Ability to lead and motivate a team positively
High standards of restaurant cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
Knowledge of food safety and alcohol awareness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible schedules
Demonstrated capability to train and develop staff effectively

Job Duties

Lead team members during shifts to achieve and exceed sales goals
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the shift
Train and develop hourly staff in adherence to WOB training programs
Manage shift flow efficiently using established methods
Handle cash accurately and safely according to WOB policies
Communicate effectively with management and staff to ensure smooth operations
Open and close the location safely following safety practices and company protocols
