Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years restaurant supervisor experience
- must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, high level of personal integrity
- strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- ability to effectively supervise and instill cooperation in staff
- ability to work well under pressure
- must have or be willing to get ServSafe Certification
- experience in Aloha preferred

- 1 - 2 years restaurant supervisor experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
- exceptional written and oral communication skills

- proven ability to supervise and foster team cooperation
- ability to work well under pressure
- ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain
- experience with Aloha POS preferred
Job Duties
- Lead and support kitchen staff during shifts
- ensure food quality, recipe accuracy, and presentation standards
- conduct line checks and oversee prep levels and freshness
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment
- enforce food safety and sanitation procedures
- assist with inventory, waste reduction, and stock rotation
- train and coach new and existing team members
- run expo and support high-volume service periods
- communicate effectively between FOH and BOH teams
- interact with guests as needed to resolve kitchen-related concerns
- monitor equipment functionality and submit maintenance requests
- complete pre-shift line ups, shift paperwork, logs, and basic administrative tasks
