Job Duties
- Maintain constant vigilance over hotel operations ensuring compliance with company policies
- Be the go-to manager for overnight on-call shifts and oversee weekend hotel operations
- Step into the General Manager's role during their absence managing budgets and operational standards
- Directly manage the Front Desk team including hiring training mentoring and conducting performance evaluations
- Oversee the work of front desk housekeeping and maintenance staff during peak times
- Assist the GM in monitoring cash management and budgetary controls ensuring maximum profitability
- Uphold the highest customer service standards and proactively engage with guests to enhance their stay
- Ensure all operations meet company and brand standards stepping into roles as needed to maintain efficiency
- Collaborate with the GM on sales initiatives to boost hotel revenue
