Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to stand or remain stationary for 3-4 hours at a time
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, lift and transport supplies up to 25 pounds
- Must be capable of operating computers and office machinery
- Ability to visually inspect details at close and long range
- Must be proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English orally and in writing
- Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily
- Ability to follow all safety and operational procedures
- Must comply with all legal requirements for the role
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Must maintain a professional appearance according to company standards

- Willingness to work varied schedules including nights and weekends
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Preferred progressive experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industries including Rooms and Food & Beverage departments
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names to ensure they feel welcomed
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain knowledge of all hotel facilities and amenities
- Support groups and events at the hotel
- Answer calls with friendly, approved greetings
- Keep all workspaces clean and organized
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public areas as needed
- Greet guests while cleaning to maintain hospitality
- Complete operational checklists accurately every shift
- Produce timely and accurate shift handover reports
- Wear clean approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Support and collaborate to create a welcoming environment
- Conduct daily supervision walks including guest rooms and public spaces
- Train new team members one-on-one on service and checklist expectations
- Manage shifts to ensure guest needs are met
- Supervise guest check-in and check-out and meal periods
- Foster a culture of happy team members and guests
- Verify adherence to room inspection checklists
- Assist with inventory counts as directed
- Support onboarding process for new hires
- Review and approve time clock punches
- Complete daily summary and night audit processes
- Ensure purchase orders and invoices comply with approved systems
- Oversee quality assurance and brand standards
- Certify fire and life safety inspections are current
- Escalate service or delivery failures appropriately
- Confirm preventative maintenance tasks are completed
- Monitor team adherence to work schedules
- Provide shift coverage for open department head positions when needed
