Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in hotel leadership roles
  • Proven expertise with luxury boutique hotel or private club operations
  • Proficiency in front office and property management systems
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, and labor cost oversight
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred
  • Ability to work full-time on site

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hotel leadership experience (Hotel Manager, Director of Rooms, or Assistant General Manager)
  • Experience in luxury boutique hotel, private club, or high-end resort environments
  • Strong knowledge of front office systems and hotel PMS platforms
  • Proven leadership and team development experience
  • Strong financial acumen (labor management, forecasting, budgeting)
  • Exceptional communication and guest-relations skills

Job Duties

  • This leadership role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest and member experience while ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and financial discipline across all hotel functions
  • The Hotel Manager will oversee all front-of-house and guest-facing operations, including:
  • Front Desk & Concierge
  • Guest Services & VIP Experience
  • In-Room Dining coordination
  • Rooms operations & occupancy management
  • Member and guest relations
  • This role works closely with the Director of Operations and Food & Beverage leadership to ensure a seamless, elevated hospitality experience across the entire property
  • Lead daily hotel operations with a strong focus on service excellence
  • Drive a culture of luxury hospitality and accountability
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management
  • Maintain Forbes-level or luxury service standards
  • Ensure operational efficiency across rooms division
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and resolve escalated concerns
  • Manage budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses
  • Collaborate with Membership and Events teams on programming and VIP arrivals
  • Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee training and continuous development of hotel staff
