Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a hotel General Manager
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop strategic business and financial plans
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with property renovations and managing multiple departments
- Commitment to maintaining high operational standards and company brand consistency

Job Duties
- Inspiring, coaching, and leading a passionate team to deliver best-in-class hospitality
- Bring to life Hyatt's core, award-winning service standards through leading by example
- Overseeing all daily operations to ensure exceptional quality, cleanliness, and service
- Developing strategic business and financial plans that drive results and profitability
- Partnering with Sales and Marketing to create innovative revenue-generating initiatives
- Building strong community relationships and staying in tune with local market trends
- Recruiting, training, and developing top talent - fostering a culture of excellence and fun
- Maintaining strict adherence to financial controls, company standards, and brand expectations
- Oversee full renovation of the property as it becomes re-imagined into the premiere hotel in the north of Boston
