Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a hotel General Manager
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop strategic business and financial plans
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with property renovations and managing multiple departments
  • Commitment to maintaining high operational standards and company brand consistency

  • Bring to life Hyatt's core, award-winning service standards through leading by example
  • Overseeing all daily operations to ensure exceptional quality, cleanliness, and service
  • Developing strategic business and financial plans that drive results and profitability
  • Partnering with Sales and Marketing to create innovative revenue-generating initiatives
  • Building strong community relationships and staying in tune with local market trends
  • Recruiting, training, and developing top talent - fostering a culture of excellence and fun
  • Maintaining strict adherence to financial controls, company standards, and brand expectations
  • Oversee full renovation of the property as it becomes re-imagined into the premiere hotel in the north of Boston
