Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in hotel operations sales and group management
  • Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage the daily operations of the hotel including front desk housekeeping maintenance and food and beverage departments
  • Lead the sales and marketing efforts of the hotel including developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including group sales and corporate partnerships
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests vendors and community organizations
  • Monitor financial performance and budgeting and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure profitability
  • Hire train and supervise staff and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of performance
  • Manage employee schedules and payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
