Job Requirements
- Associate's diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, hospitality, or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of branded hotel operations experience required
- Prior supervisory or assistant front office management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities required
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment required
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems such as Opera, OnQ, Cloudbeds required
- Basic knowledge of reservations, revenue management, and night audit procedures required
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, email systems) required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Handle the front desk budget and order office supplies as needed
- Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints
- Oversee all operations at the front desk and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for every guest
- Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies
- Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager
