Job Requirements

  • Associate's diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of branded hotel operations experience required
  • Prior supervisory or assistant front office management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Strong leadership and team-management abilities required
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills required
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment required
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems such as Opera, OnQ, Cloudbeds required
  • Basic knowledge of reservations, revenue management, and night audit procedures required
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, email systems) required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Handle the front desk budget and order office supplies as needed
  • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints
  • Oversee all operations at the front desk and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for every guest
  • Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies
  • Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager
