Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience in hospitality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability for prolonged standing and mobility
  • Hand dexterity
  • Visual acuity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience in hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest service inquiries
  • Train, coach, and support front desk agents in policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to address guest needs promptly
  • Promote a culture centered on guest satisfaction and team accountability
  • Assist in supporting revenue goals through effective scheduling, budgeting awareness, and yield management support
