Job Duties
- Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between
- Coach, train, and motivate front desk associates
- Handle guest concerns with grace, urgency, and a can-do attitude
- Monitor cash handling, shift reports, and compliance with brand and safety standards
- Jump in wherever needed, including answering phones, updating the reader board, or helping with VIP arrivals
