Job Duties

  • Greet all guests warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs efficiently, and respond to inquiries
  • Carry-out front desk responsibilities and clerical duties including checking guests in and out, balancing reports, cash and credit cards, taking and processing reservations, operating the PMS and switchboard
  • Provide a concierge level of guest assistance with information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining
  • assist with recommendations and dining, event and service reservations
  • fulfill special requests in person or with staff assistance
  • Process payments, manage reservations, and balance cash and credit reports
  • Address and resolve guest concerns to strive for complete guest satisfaction
  • Demonstrate professional and effective communication skills and basic math aptitude
  • Ensure room status is up-to-date and notify maintenance of room repairs immediately
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance at the front desk, lobby, and back office areas
  • Follow security protocols for room keys and property
  • Work collaboratively with team members to fulfill special requests and provide exceptional service
  • Represent company in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand operation of hotel and room/suites equipment and amenities and assist guests in usage
  • Perform all other related duties assigned
